RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, cancellations, and scheduling work for products and services offered by Anchor Point Group, LLC, doing business as Anchor Point Coaching and Anchored Leadership ("Anchor Point Group, LLC," "company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or enrolling in any of our products or services, you agree to the terms below.
Because our offerings range from a single consultation to multi-month custom engagements and group cohorts, different terms apply to different offerings. The section that applies to your purchase governs that purchase. Where you have signed a separate engagement or services agreement with us, the terms of that signed agreement control to the extent they differ from this policy.
1. GENERAL TERMS
Unless stated otherwise for a specific offering, the following apply to all purchases:
Payment is made by invoice through our payment processor, Stripe. Payment is due by the date stated on your invoice.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Sessions, meetings, and deliverables included in a package must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of the date of purchase. Any sessions or deliverables not used within that period are forfeited, with no refund or credit, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be counted as a used session at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client, in which case any refund will be handled in good faith based on the work delivered to that point.
2. STORYBRAND MARKETING REPORT + 1-HOUR CONSULTATION ($297)
We want you to feel confident starting here. If, after completing your one-hour consultation, you do not feel you received value from this service, you may request a full refund by emailing brent@anchorpointcoach.com within seven (7) days of your consultation. Refund requests made after that seven-day period cannot be honored. This satisfaction guarantee applies only to the StoryBrand Marketing Report + 1-Hour Consultation offering.
3. CUSTOM SERVICE PACKAGES
This section applies to our custom and done-for-you engagements, including but not limited to Foundational Messaging, Monthly Messaging Support, the Sales Framework Package, the Complete Sales Package, and any other custom consulting, coaching, copywriting, or strategy work (each, a "Custom Package").
Payment. Unless your invoice or signed agreement states otherwise, Custom Packages are billed as a fifty percent (50%) deposit due before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or at a milestone identified in your invoice or agreement. Monthly or ongoing support is billed in advance for each service period.
Deposits. Because we begin reserving time and performing work upon receipt of your deposit, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellation and work delivered. You may cancel a Custom Package at any time by notifying us in writing. If you cancel after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for all work performed and time reserved through the date of cancellation, and we will refund any amounts you have paid that exceed the value of the work delivered to that point. Any work, deliverables, drafts, or materials we have already provided to you remain subject to the intellectual property and license terms of our Terms and Conditions and any signed agreement, and completed deliverables are not returnable.
Ongoing/monthly support. For monthly or recurring engagements, you may cancel before the next billing period to avoid further charges. Fees already paid for the current service period are non-refundable, but you will continue to receive the services for the period you have paid for.
Signed agreements control. Where you have entered into a separate signed engagement or services agreement with us, the payment, cancellation, and refund terms of that agreement govern your Custom Package.
4. ANCHORED LEADERSHIP GROUP COACHING COHORT ($3,997)
Seats in each Anchored Leadership cohort are limited, and enrolling reserves a seat that we are then unable to offer to others. The following terms apply to cohort enrollment:
Cancellation 14 or more days before the cohort start date: You may request either a full refund or a transfer of your enrollment to a future cohort.
Cancellation fewer than 14 days before the cohort start date: You may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort or receive an account credit toward a future offering. Cash refunds are not available within this period.
After the cohort has begun: Enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable, as your seat and materials are committed for the full cohort.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a transfer or credit outside of these terms. Any such accommodation is a courtesy and not a right that can be demanded.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES, AND DOWNLOADS
From time to time we may offer digital products such as online courses, downloadable resources, templates, or workshop recordings. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, and except where a refund is required by applicable law, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, due to the nature of digital content. Any refund terms specific to a digital product will be stated on that product's purchase page and will govern that purchase.
6. CHARGEBACKS
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at brent@anchorpointcoach.com so we can work to resolve it. We are committed to addressing concerns in good faith and in accordance with this policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the updated policy, indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
